Can I shoot a rifle at the PT Torso?: Yes. The PT Torso is designed for use with rifle ammunition under 3,000 fps muzzle velocity at 100 yards.

Do the PT Torso dimensions match up to any competition specifications?: The PT Torso dimensions are unique to Action Target and do not match the official specifications of any competitive organization.

Can I get a PT Torso in AR500 steel?: The PT Torso is only available in AR550 armor steel which is rated for rifle and handgun use.

What is the ideal stand height for the PT Torso?: We suggest mounting the PT Torso target head to a 3’ static stand to achieve the most realistic height scenario for training situations. Using a 4’ or other stand height, however, will not cause the target to become too top heavy.

Can I attach the PT Torso to an Evil Roy stand?: Because the PT Torso target head is not excessively heavy, it can be attached to the Evil Roy stand without making it too top heavy. To ensure maximum stability, mount the target head on the lower setting.
